Leadership statement

The head of our church is Jesus Christ, we aim to keep Him centre of all we do and say - Colossians 1:18.

Functionally, we have an Eldership who oversee the governance of Little Mountain Church and are voted in by church members. We also have a Ministry Team who help to outwork the vision and mission of the church, campus and community. This Ministry Team is based upon a team leadership model; with a Pastoral Team Lead, Children’s Team Lead and a number of volunteers.

Little Mountain Church also leans on guidance and support from Churches of Christ in Queensland.
